Information: Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for factory-in-stock
tiffany lamps. All other in-stock Bears In The Woods products take about
a week. The shipping costs that are automatically added in the Shopping
Cart are for Fedex Ground Shipment in the Continental U. S. For overseas
orders, please email us first and we will let you know the shipping cost

Return
Policy: We will replace your item if it is damaged in shipment or
is factory-defective. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking
