Customize Your Tiffany Lamps!

In many cases we can mix and match shades and bases. The shade needs to be a size that will fit a particular base. For example: floor lamps need shades that are 18" or bigger. The 20" hanging lamp shades are ideal for floor lamps. With table lamps, find a shade you like. Note its diameter. Don't like the base? You can swap it out for a base that has the same size shade. Want a hanging lamp to match your floor lamps and table lamps? Most 16" or larger shades can be made into hanging lamps. (Sage advice: Try to be sure the base design will look good with the shade design--ornate bases with ornate shades, sleek bases with sleek shades, etc.) Once you've made your decisions, email us for the prices (different shades and bases vary in price) and availability. Important Notes: 1. Availability of the lamps in this online catalog are dependent upon manufacturer's stock and supply. We will do everything we can to ensure current information, but cannot guarantee availability. To find out the latest in-stock availability, drop us a note at sales@bearsinthewoods.net before you place your order, indicating which lamps you are interested in, and we will check with the manufacturer for availability and delivery times. Typically when they are factory-in-stock, the turnaround time is 2 to 4 weeks. When they are backordered, turnaround can be 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes longer. From October to December, holiday sales often back up in the factory, so if you are ordering for the holidays, give it a good month or more for delivery, to be on the safe side. 2. The size bulbs recommended are what the lamps are electrically rated for. However, keep in mind glass and metal shades get quite warm, so you may choose to use the next size smaller bulbs. 3. Shades and bases may be purchased separately. Email us for prices. 4. RETURN POLICY: We will replace your item if it is damaged in shipment or is factory-defective. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to return or replace an item we must be notified within 10 days. DO NOT send the item anywhere without calling us (626-339--5060) or emailing us (sales@bearsinthewoods.net). We need to be notified first before we can replace an item or refund any money. 5. Sometimes shades can be matched to different bases, as long as the base has the same size shade as the one being switched out. Email us for pricing and compatibility if you want to swap out bases and shades.
6. To our friends in the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Everywhere Else: if you are interested in our Tiffany lamps, Email us for shipping cost. (Please be advised that it can be very expensive to ship overseas--shipping can cost $500 or more! This is because we put them in wood crates and ship only by air, in order to protect the fragile lamps.)
